Business Development Representative, Team Lead - Via

As a Business Development Representative Team Lead at Via, you will support Via’s growth by generating opportunities for our sales team while managing a team of global BDRs. You will own the team goal, while also delivering on an individual target. As the BDR TL, you will prospect potential clients and articulate the value of Via’s market-leading on-demand transit solution, while also collaborating closely with other marketing teams to supplement broader lead generation efforts. In this role, you will play an important part in the pursuit of our mission to create equitable and affordable access to public transit in more communities.

What You'll Do:

• Generate qualified pipeline through efficient and effective outbound research and activity in order to deliver on targets.
• Become an expert on Via’s product portfolio, clearly conveying their value proposition and capabilities to prospective clients.
• Enable and manage global BDR team members, keeping a finger on the pulse across Via's primary markets in the US, Canada, and western Europe to ensure performance and collaboration.  
• Partner with the commercial team to hold meetings with potential clients and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Be an integral part of the Demand Gen function and marketing team, connecting BDR campaigns to other demand related activities.  
• Report on BDR team progress using our CRM tools and tech stack with an eye towards improving processes for scalability.
• Meet and exceed monthly prospecting goals by consistently staying on top and ahead of KPI’s.

• You have interest or experience in sales/business development, market mapping, and creative client outreach.

Compensation and Benefits

• Final salary will be determined by the candidate’s experience, knowledge, and skills. Salary reflected does not include equity or variable pay, where applicable
• Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 per year
