Position Overview
As a Remote Managed Services Engineer, you will be part of the founding team that helps establish this department. The RMS Team works closely with our enterprise (Fortune 500/Global 1,000) customers to ensure they have a simple, audited, and secure access to their databases. These customers have their own infrastructure, and we handle the operations responsibilities–this includes deployment, connections, and security. We are designing and building processes from scratch, and automating everything as we go in an effort to streamline processes, scale the department, and successfully scale with the rapid growth of our business.
