What Will I be doing?

• Create design languages which create a delightful, emotionally engaging, innovative, easy to use and easy to learn. This is a hands-on job!
• Elicit and understand business needs (including Zenoti’s brand guidelines and design system) and user needs for crafting the design language
• Develop user interface design proposals that embodies simplicity, relevance to user and high end visual solutions
• Produce high quality mock-ups to support concept and design briefs.
• Develop and/or update design system to guide development teams
• Successfully communicate conceptual ideas to cross-functional teams. Work closely with the Development teams to ensure that mock-ups are successfully translated into quality web pages.
• Stay up-to-date with innovative visual design trends
• Reviews and tests development builds to ensure compliance with designs

What Skills do I need?

• 5+ years’ experience as a Visual UI designer on web and mobile applications
• Familiar and up to date with emerging UX/UI trends and designs
• Expert level skills in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and the principles of web/app development
• Thorough understanding of user interface standards in design.
• Excellent communication skills
• Can work in a fast paced, ever changing, start-up environment
• Candidates must have demonstrated expertise in the field by providing design samples and case studies as part of the interview process.

A highly skilled Visual Designer who possesses a deep understanding of the use and application of design systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in visual design/graphic design with hands-on experience of creating, managing design variables and tokenization.

1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system that aligns with the company's brand identity and product goals.
2. Define and document design principles, guidelines, and best practices for the design system, ensuring easy adoption and implementation by the design and development teams.
3. Establish and manage design tokens and variables to enable efficient customization and theming of UI components.
4. Conduct regular audits of the design system to identify areas for improvement, optimization, and standardization.
5. Provide guidance and support to designers and developers on the use and integration of the design system into their workflow.

Motion design

You will play a pivotal role in bringing product concepts to life through captivating video teasers. Working closely with other design members, you will translate visual concepts into compelling motion graphics and video teasers that resonate with our target audience.

• Conceptualize and storyboard ideas to effectively communicate key messages and product features.
• Utilize industry-standard tools and software to create high-quality animations and visual effects.
